(Approved) Exterior Paint Colors
If you want to paint your home, we have some pre-approved paint colors
listed here. They are also posted in the message boards at the pools.
This does not mean that you can't pick different colors for your home.
However, if you want to deviate from the approved colors, be sure to submit
your color selections to the Board of Directors for approval BEFORE you
paint. Different color schemes are not guaranteed to be approved, but probably
will be if it is in harmony with the neighborhood. You can use the Architectural Review Application Form to
submit your color selections for approval.
Color schemes are two or three colors.
A stucco color, a trim color, and an optional accent color.

Please note that all the colors listed here are stock colors at Sherwin Williams
Stores. The closest stores to us are the NW locations at 3805 W River Rd,
85741 (520) 575-0677 and at 5157 N. Oracle, 85704 (520) 293 2151. However, you are not required to use a specific brand
or supplier for your paint. You may obtain paint chips from Sherwin
Williams and have the color matched at the paint provider of your choice.
