There are two pools in our neighborhood. The North Pool is located
on the corner of Kingbird and Blackbird; and the South Pool is located on
the corner of Albatross and Wood Owl.
The pools are private and are for TCCHOA residents and their bonafide
guests only.
North Pool 5036 W. Kingbird
The pool rules are posted; please read them and familiarize yourself with
them. No one under the age of 16 is permitted in the pool area without
the supervision of an adult. The Board of Directors reserves the
right to revoke pool privileges up to 30 days per violation to persons violating the rules.

You should have received a pool keycard at closing when you purchased
your home. If you have not, please call the HOA. A Pool
Agreement needs to be signed and a $50 deposit per keycard is required.

Pool Rules
- Children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- Guests must be accompanied by Members at all times
- No riding bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades or scooters
inside the pool area.
- No pets of any kind
inside the pool area.
- No running or horseplay
- No Diving in pool
- Food to remain in Ramada area
- No glass or ceramic containers outside the Ramada area
- An infraction of any of the above will result in loss of pool key - No
exceptions
The pool Ramadas are available to reserve for pool parties. Any group or party is required to contact the pool committee for
reservations and cleaning deposit of $75 in advance. (Refundable if
pool and area is left clean) Please call the HOA at 579-9450
Tucson Country Crossing Homeowners Association reserves the right to deny
the use of the pool to any person or group.
