2012 Board of Directors
There are several ways to Contact us
by phone, mail or email.
We invite each homeowner to volunteer for a position on the
board. Make a difference in your neighborhood. Members of the
board of directors are volunteers and serve without compensation.
The Board is comprised of not more than 9 and not less than 3
members. We currently have 3 vacancies on the
Board. If you would like to help on the Board or on a
committee, call or email us, or just come to one of our Board
meetings.
Board of Directors' meetings are open to all Homeowners.
The Board of Directors meetings are usually held on the second
Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM at the South Pool (9410 N. Albatross

The Annual Meeting of the Members
shall be held on the third Tuesday in January of each year at a date
and time established by the Board of Directors. The Board of
Directors may designate another date within 30 days before or after
the assigned date. Homeowners are notified of the date and
time in the Newsletter. (Reference: By-Laws

Note: Due to weather and homeowner preference, the annual meetings
are usually held in mid February on a Monday evening.
