Please provide sketches, drawings, or plans along with the
application form in sufficient detail for the Board to make an informed decision.
Incomplete or insufficient information can result in a delay in the approval
process.
Review the pertinent excerpts of Articles of the CC&Rs that pertain to
your proposed project. (See Section 3.10.2, 6.3, 6.4 and 6.5 for information on submitting plans.)
You must provide: sketches, drawings, or plans, material rock or paint samples, and any other information so requested by the ARC in order to obtain approval.
Also understand that in most cases you will be required to obtain the proper permit from Pima County or other governmental agency as required by law.
You may not proceed with your project unless you receive expressed written consent from the TCCHOA Board of Directors.
Plans submitted for ARC review that require a building permit must be
complete and ready for submittal to obtain a building permit from the
County. You can present a preliminary concept plan. However, the
complete County ready set will also need to be approved once it is ready,
and before you start your project.
For permit requirements, go to www.pimaxpress.com. If a permit is required, a copy of the permit and County approved plans must be submitted to the ARC before proceeding with the project.

If you want to paint your home, we have some pre-approved
paint color schemes here. They are also posted in the message
board at the pools. If you want to deviate from the approved color
schemes,
be sure to submit your color selections to the Board of Directors for approval
BEFORE you paint.
