been selected.
The Entrance Sign at Linda Vista and
Albatross was completed December 16th 2011.
Note: The monthly
HOA assessment will be $24 for 2012. This is a change from last
year.
Congratulation to
the Top Ten
Yards contest winners. This year the contest was through April
and May. The Top Ten Yards winners were selected at the Summer BBQ
on June 4th.

was held on February 7th 2011.

| 2011 Fall BBQ: (October 1, 2011) The community
BBQs continue to be a great success! This may have been our biggest turnout since we started having the BBQ’s. We had over 70 people come by to eat and visit with neighbors. Some lucky winners even went home with Home Depot and Lowe’s gift certificates as well as multiple winners of Weed Control Spray. We are
looking forward to our 2012 BBQs. |
| 2011 Summer BBQ: (June 4, 2011) There were a
lot of new faces at this summer's BBQ, as well as several "old
timers" from the neighborhood. Most of the Board of Directors were
there including Danielle, the association's General Manager. Lloyd
provided grilled peppers again this year, and they were a big hit
again. We probably should make them a tradition for all of our
BBQs. Mark your calendars for the fall BBQ on October 1st.
The UofA will be playing USC that night. We may see if we can find a way
to project the game at the pool.

2010 Fall BBQ: (September 25, 2010) The Fall BBQ was
another great success. More and more people are coming out, getting
to know their neighbors and enjoying the great food. We had some
competition with the UofA Football game this year, but still had over 18
families attend the Fall BBQ.  Lloyd and his son Patrick were kept
busy all evening running (two) grills this time. Thanks to all the
our Board members for all the work that goes into these events.
This year's door
prizes were gift cards to Lowe's and Home Depot, and as always, several gallons of the customary weed spray that we give out at each BBQ.
We had 16 ballots turned in to select the
Top
Ten Yards for 2010. Again this year it was hard to pick just 10, and the
votes were very close.

2010 Summer BBQ recap: (June 12, 2010) We had a record turnout this time with over 17 families signing in plus 5 Board members (and Danielle, of course).
Lloyd and his son Patrick did a great job on the grill and their grilled peppers were a hit. We’ve decided that we’ll need to have two grills going at the fall BBQ. We gave out over 60 burgers and more than 50 hotdogs. We also gave out some great door prizes including 5 tons of
free landscaping gravel, two coupons for free carpet cleaning, and several Home Depot and Lowe’s gift cards. And of course, several gallons of the customary weed spray that we give out at each BBQ. |
Our annual Holiday
Decorating Contest
started the day after Thanksgiving and the winners were selected
December 23rd 2009. There were a lot of great
decorations this year.
It was hard to pick only 4 winners. |

Parking reminder: Parking in the subdivision is
limited to the garage or the concrete driveway. To avoid parking
fines, remember to pull at least half way over the curb if you or your
guests need to
park temporarily on the side of the street.

The September BBQ was held on Saturday 26th,
2009 at 6:00pm at
the North Pool. (flyer) We had a
great turnout with plenty of food, sodas and Eegee's for everyone.
Several door prizes were awarded throughout the evening. Attendees filled out ballots to select the
Top 10
Summer Yards winners.  
There was also a short presentation on
Neighborhood Watch at 7:00pm by the Sheriff Dept. A few of the websites they
recommend are www.pimasheriff.org and www.CrimeReports.com. We need some volunteers to
be a watch leader and block leaders. If you are interested in helping,
let us know.

Annual HOA BBQ was held Saturday June 13th, 2009 from 6pm to

were awarded by drawing to TCCHOA residents and homeowners present .
