The 2016 Annual Meeting is RE-scheduled for Tuesday, March 8, 2016, 6pm
    at the South Pool, 9410 N. Albatross Dr.  The quorum requirements were not met.
Homeowners, please remember to mail in your ballots if you haven't yet. The mail-in ballots count toward the meeting quorum requirements. Thanks.

Looking back in 2012...

  • January - Installed address tiles at both pools

  • January - Added GFCI photo cell electric outlet at entrance sigh for holiday lighting

  • January - Replaced drinking fountain at north pool due to vandalism

  • February - Painted over graffiti at south pool

  • March - Cleared deep gravel from walkway path along Linda Vista

  • April - Painted over graffiti at south pool

  • May - Patched leak in water main to north pool

  • May - Painted white fascia and planter box at south pool

  • May - Installed "No Smoking" signs at both pools

  • May - Replaced pumps at both pools

  • June - Replaced emergency shepherd pole at south pool, destroyed by vandals

  • June - Replaced several broken chairs at both pools

  • June - Installed flow gauges on pumps at both pools per Health Dept requirements

  • July - Put up several "Clean up after your pet" signs around the neighborhood

  • July - Trimmed back bushes along Linda Vista west of Albatross to clear the line of sight at the intersection

  • Aug - Replaced failed controller board in salt system at the south pool

  • Aug - Installed a "Yield" sign at Albatross and Wood Owl

  • Sept - Serviced gate closer at south pool that was out of oil

  • Sept - Extended fence bars by north pool gate to prevent climbing under

  • Oct - Painted addresses on curbs throughout the neighborhood

  • Dec - Re-welded gate closure supports on the gate closer at the south pool

  • Dec - Repair block wall at the north pool where the sahuaro cactus fell


The Annual Meeting of the Members shall be held on the third Tuesday in January of each year at a date and time established by the Board of Directors.  The Board of Directors may designate another date within 30 days before or after the assigned date.  Homeowners are notified of the date and time in the Newsletter. (Reference: By-Laws 3.02) 
Note: Due to weather and homeowner preference, the annual meetings are usually held in mid February on a Monday evening.
