requirements were not met.
Homeowners, please remember to mail in your ballots if you
haven't yet. The mail-in ballots count toward the meeting
quorum requirements. Thanks.

Sept - Extended fence bars by north pool gate to

Oct - Painted addresses on curbs throughout the
neighborhood

Dec - Re-welded gate closure supports on the gate
closer at the south pool

Dec - Repair block wall at the north pool where the
sahuaro cactus fell
The Annual Meeting of the Members shall be held
on the third Tuesday in January of each year at a date and time
established by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors may
designate another date within 30 days before or after the assigned date.
Homeowners are notified of the date and time in the Newsletter. (Reference:
By-Laws 3.02)
Note: Due to weather and homeowner preference, the annual meetings are
usually held in mid February on a Monday evening.
