Here are some forms and information that may be useful to
homeowners.

If you want to make changes to the exterior of your home or update your front yard
landscaping, submit your request to the Architectural Review
Committee first.
If you want to paint your home, we have some pre-approved
paint colors here. They are also posted in the message
board at the pools. If you want to deviate from the approved colors,
be sure to submit your color selections to the Board of Directors for approval
BEFORE you paint.
Note: The current monthly assessment is $22. There is a $15 late fee
after the 15th.

With the Fill-in Form, you can type in your name and address before printing
the coupons.
If you Lease your home, you must fill out and submit a Tenant Information form.(PDF)
Please fill out the form and mail it to the address on the form.

A copy of the TCCHOA Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions
(CCRs); Articles of Incorporation; and the TCCHOA By-Laws were provided each homeowner upon purchase of their property.
Legally, each member of the homeowners' association is required to adhere to these documents. If the property is rented, the homeowner is responsible for providing a copy of the By-Laws,
CC&R's and Association Rules to the tenant and making sure they follow them.

Graffiti Abatement Hotline: If you see graffiti in our
neighborhood let us know. The County hotline at (520)
622-7197 has been disconnected the last time we checked.
If you see graffiti in progress, call 88Crime. To report graffiti, you
can use the Pima County Graffiti Report Form at http://dot.pima.gov/communityrelations/taag/reportform.cfm

Per Arizona law (A.R.S. 33-1803) any complaint lodged with the Association will NOT remain anonymous. The person complaining of the alleged violation must state their first and last name and this information will be sent to the party who is accused of the violation.
Barking dogs should be reported to Animal Control at 243-5900 or www.pimaanimalcare.org. This is your responsibility.
Animal Control will NOT act on complaints from a Board Member.
Too much noise from your neighbor’s party? You call the police. The police will NOT respond to a complaint from a Board Member.
