2011 Top 10 Summer Yards contest

(Pick your top 10 and come to the June 4th BBQ to vote.)
If you've seen the perfectly groomed yard in our community, or you yourself have the perfectly groomed yard, please submit a nomination for the address.
To nominate a yard, you can submit the information here online. Please fill out the form below. You may also email your nomination to
Surveys@TucsonCountryCrossing.com
or fax it to TCCHOA at 520-579-9450. And yes, you can nominate
your own yard.
Pictures are not required, but
if you have some you can email them to Surveys@TucsonCountryCrossing.com.
Rules/Guidelines

Only front yards are eligible, as backyards are not
normally visible to the public.

Only homes within the TCCHOA community are
eligible for the contest and prizes.

Nomination deadline is the 31st of May
2011.

If less than 10 nominations comes in, the
Top 10 Summer Yards committee can scout for others.

Yard must look good for at least one full
week during the contest period. (April-May) Pictures from prior to
April 1, 2011 are not eligible.

Top 10 Winners will be selected by
attendees at the June 4th BBQ.
The following criteria should be considered
when nominating or voting.
--No weeds.
--Driveway properly maintained and free of oil stains or spots.
--Street area in front of the residence properly maintained and free of oil stains or spots.
--Shrubs and trees properly maintained and manicured.
--Walkways, gates, walls and landscaping decorations properly maintained.
--House exterior properly maintained in accordance with HOA CC&Rs.
--Landscaping properly coordinated with aesthetics of the house.
--No visible clutter in the yard.
--Trash receptacles properly maintained.
--House numbers visible and properly maintained.
--Overall aura of cleanliness and neatness.
--Variety of colors incorporated in the landscaping design.
