Congratulations
to the winners of the 2009 "Annual
Holiday Light Contest"
and the 2009 "Top 10 Summer
Yards". Time to get ready for the 2010 Yard contest.
TCCHOA consists of 212 homes located northwest of Tucson in Pima
County just west of the Arthur Pack Golf Course. TCCHOA was established in
1986 and includes two common area pools.
The primary objective of this HOA is best described on the first page of
our CC&R's. It is "for the purpose of enhancing and
protecting the value, desirability and attractiveness of the property".
As homeowners and residents, your cooperation in following the HOA rules and regulations will help us to achieve these goals.
